FOR SALE: Barely used, in box: Bernal Cutlery "Greenfield Gyuto" BC in San Francisco launched their first in house knife. It is a slim laser Swedish Stainless with Padauk wood handle and brass pins. Stunning!!! They sold out of their Stainless and Carbon first run. The handle feels great in hand and the balance is super. This is #40 out of 200.

I did slice half an onion and it was amazing. But hardly consider that "use". It is amazing. I just have too many knives and a huge recent Vet bill. Pups before knives.
 
Well it’s not a silly river jump collector piece that people buy just to not use or Fujiyama with a stamp so it shouldn’t make a difference although transparency is always best.
Cool project from Bernal, really digging the profile. GLWS
 
It may be of interest to include which "#" out of 200 yours is.

Also, Bernal's listing was off slightly for stainless weight, it's closer to 192g.
