Brand new, in the box, never used, never sharpened. Ichimonji Kichikuni 240mm gyuto purchased from Blue Way Japan about 2 years ago. San mai blade, white #2 core, soft iron cladding that will rust if not maintained properly. Sand blasted finish. Very large ho-wood handle with horn collar. This is a mighty knife, fairly thick at the spine and has a thin grind behind the edge. About 4.5mm thick at the spine above the heel. 51mm tall at heel.

This blade is flat ground on the left side and has a heavily convexed grind on the right side. It's very noticeable when looking down at the tip.

Admittedly, this is not the best finished blade. There are some minor imperfections in the finishing at the spine and choil. The handle is done very well.

Asking $200 + actual shipping cost. PayPal accepted. Questions always welcome. Thanks for looking!
