Sakai Yusuke in stock

In the spirit of keeping peace on the forum I have taken the 270 off the market.

Yusuke Sakai white #2 270mm extra thin.

7/10 sharpness OOTB. Beautiful fit and finish. Dare I say perfect.

The white #2 is barely reactive. 6 weeks of use and the patina is there but not obvious. A beautiful blue with slight orange streaks.

Food sticks to it like a magnet though.
