Shigefusa kitaeji 210 Western gyuto with a custom koa handle. Actual length from heel to tip is 217mm. Never used. Asking $1850 shipped in CONUS.

Rehandled by Daniel at Epicurean Edge with exhibition-grade curly koa and a mosaic center pin. Daniel's handles are very sexy.

+1 on Daniel's handles. I have this knife's little brother with an O'Malley handle. F&F, balance, everything are right where you want them to be. If I ever got another yo shig, I'd want Daniel's handle on it. GLWS.
