2) Shun 10" Chef Knife (Gyuto). Scratches from thinning and never polished. Was used in professional kitchen for years but never abused. No box but does include Saya. $100
3) Tadafune Vintage SK Komakiri Gyuto 230mm Rosewood Handle - used just once or twice at home - light patina starting - these are new old stock knives that sold out very quickly - includes original box - $150
4) Mazaki Kasumi Gyuto 240mm - Used once or twice at home, some light patina forming - $245
