Source for Takanotsume (dried hawk claw chili pepper)?

Anyone know an online source for Takanotsume? I've found this one but it's a big pack and $68. Want something smaller and cheaper.

Growing my own would be fun but I've had mixed success at best growing chilis in my cool, coastal climate. Also just moved and no longer have a green house So i think I'm just looking for some dried ones!
