Looking to buy a stainless or semi stainless nakiri for the veg prep at work. Knives see a lot of tomatoes and my Tanaka gets quite unhappy.
 
Not looking to sell mine, but I'd recommend the Itinomonn Stainless Nakiri from JNS. Mine is really sharp (sticks into my cutting board), thin behind the edge, seems to hold its edge nicely. I really enjoy it.
