I'd like the knives to be in good shape and not sharpened too much. My friend had requested the knife as a wedding present and I've been waiting on metalmaster for the better part of 2 months for the knives to restock, but they haven't popped up.

Just throwing it out there. I don't mind waiting longer (wedding is in 2 months), but I'd like to get started on the handles soon.
