The perfect bartender cocktail lemon knife

Well I am late coming to this one, but my lemon cutter is a Geshin Kagero petty, also doubles as my steak knife, and boner for chicken and steaks and chops. It's SRS-15 super steel obviously does not chip, and for cutting lemons it will never need sharpening. Oh but that might be a problem for you in terms of how often you'll be earning a free drink. ;-)~
