nice. i have one of those 180 gyuto's, i find it a super useful knife. glws!

Yes, I am keeping the kiteiji version of the 180 and I love it. I can't really say which I like more. On the 270s, I kept the kasumi and sold the other. The 180 kasumi has a great feel in hand - hate to see it go.
