I was given this two old looking knives. Looks like both are carving/slicer knives.
The bigger one has a logo that reads: "EdwinBlyde & Co Sheffield" and it has what it looks like barrel horn handle with stainless caps
The smaller one reads: "Community Plate Stainless Steel" and has a metal handle with a guard
Any information on this blades would be appreciated.

Do this knives worth anything; does it make sense to try and "restore" them?
Is this curvy shape of the edge a design feature or the result of bad sharpening?
