WTS Wakui 240 Gyuto

Hi all,

Catch and release, I picked this one up recently.

Wakui Nashiji 240mm white 2 Gyuto.
The knife was only used for test cuts before I picked it up and I’ve used it twice so the knife is still razor sharp and like new. There is a little bit of patina on the core steel.

Superb grind and a great cutter.

Selling for what I paid for it which is £215 plus shipping (if in excess of £10, I’ll cover the first £10) - I can ship worldwide
