I don't think they're worth it still. If you're willing to pay their non-sale price, options really open up elsewhere. If not some elbow grease will turn cheaper knives into champions. Shun paring knives seem to be a dirty secret love here though. My old chef got us 40% off through a personal connection, so I've tried most of their lines through others and wouldn't personally spend my money on them.
