I'm a freshly made knife nut. I was fascinated by knives for a while, but it became my obsession lately. I constantly watch things about knives and really enjoy it. I also bought my first japanese handmade knife - a 240mm Blue#2 Gyuto from master Saji. I am looking forward to buy many more - a Deba, an Usuba, Hankotsu, Honesui,Nakiri, and the kitchen katana itself - Masamoto KS Kiritsuke Yanagiba.
