I removed the factory handle and took a piece of ironwood and put it on the lathe, I drilled the end for a Damascus pin. Rey easy project. Improved the knife for me too.

Still have it but it has sentimental attachment for me, it was one of the first handles I ever made. I’m going to keep but thanks for asking.

I have a Radar Damascus for sale. It weighs 177grams, it’s 234 x 44, it has a Koa handle and his Damascus. Neat nimble little knife. To be honest I’ve never used this knife, it’s never touched a stone, time to let it go. I’m asking 1800.00 shipped priority and insured.

It has not been flattened since I bought but if I remember right it needs flattening very rarely. I want to say Jon said every 1500-2000 uses. I also believe he now offers a flattener for this stone. Reading the info on the link I posted it covers that a little bit, I’ll attach that here too.

I bought this a couple years ago, I’ve used it 20-25 times. It’s great stone, maybe one of the best all around stones to get things going. I’ll post a link so you can read more about it if your interested. I’m gonna be selling a few stones over the coming weeks, I have more than I need...
