My first attempt at Cochinita Pibil. Turned out pretty well. Slow roasted on the grill @ 250° for 6 hours.

KAI brand shears for me. General use in the kitchen. They have been great. Very sharp, easy to use, easy to disassemble, clean and reassemble. Inexpensive. KAI Group makes SHUN blades, Kershaw, etc...

I am definitely a seasonal eater. I also try and mix it up for lunch and dinner. That being said, I do eat yogurt with fresh fruit for breakfast, and some sort of taco filled with carnitas or some other pork product for dinner several times per week. Best, Richieg54

Boom...... I have taken apart many manual pepper mills in my day. While some can require a little patience to reassemble, none have been complicated. I say go for it. They can get pretty dirty and should be cleaned periodically. Best of luck!
