Knives and Stones: I'm fairly broke, so the only thing of any note is my Ichiro Hattori HD Gyuto. Plan on picking up some Kikuichi water stones when I can afford them. A 1000 and a 6000 at the very least, possibly a few lower than 1000 if I end up getting unsharpened blades in the future.
