Hi, I'm a newbie although I've been lurking for awhile now. This is my first post.
There's a Canadian cooking show broadcast here in NYC on the LivWell network called Best Recipes. The chef Kary Osmond uses what looks like a 240mm gyuto. I've tried browsing through the various knife vendor websites with no luck. Does anyone recognize this? It's the chef's knife in this photo. Thanks!
