Hey I was hoping some Southern Hemisphere ppl could let me know what who he is? I just ran into his show and its entertaining. You can see the Ramsey influence. S far he hasn't said anything totally stupid. Al
Though for some reason he pronounces the t on filet but for some reason can't do it in any other word

He's been on a few cooking shows " good chef bad chef" and he had his own show based around meat (can't remember the name)

I'm pretty sure he has a Restaurant in Melbourne, but I haven't heard too much about it?

He's certainly no Ramsay. One of my Apprentices met him through a cooking competition, he said he was nice enough, a bit of a "Rock star" though.
