I have just received mine, it is the first custom kitchen knife I have owned. My gf is out of town I think I might sleep with it tonight.:bliss: I love the fit, finish, and beauty of it.

I would have no problem with using in the kitchen or field. In fact it would perfect for cleaning the most noble bluegill or paring up a potato for breakfast.
