I have been following the forum for close to five years.. possibly more. i have learned a ton and I can say that I can really hold my own and add insight to conversation on this forum now. I am twenty four years old and have spent the last five years working tons trying to pave my way.. anyways I need not go on about that. As a mentor of mine has said, "same story different place.."
I am checking in and introducing myself because I have worked up a decent collection of very nice knives that need thinning out. Not yet capable of posting on bst.
Love you guys and thank you for all of the great information throughout the years! I have passed it along to many of coworkers that have worked hard next to me over the years. The guidance I have been happy to pass along to others as a result of the resources on KKF have helped shape me into a leader and someone that my kitchen and community respect.
