Hello all, another new member!
I am not a chef.
I am not a knifemaker.
I like to build stuff with wood. And sometimes with a bit of metal. That makes me a good candidate to make a hobby out of the most useful knife type, which IMO is a kitchen knife.
I started, probably like many others, with a set of Henckels knives (Professionnal-S series). I have journeyed from that to a few Japanese traditional knives (single-bevel). Not sure where this will lead me, but it is certainly exciting!
I have made so far a few handles and reconditioned a few knifes for friends & myself. Will post shortly some pictures.
Looking forward in learning and sharing my passion with everyone here!
Martin
