The sell off continues. Here's 2 more for your viewing/buying pleasure. Both have been used 2-3 times, never sharpened or stropped. Prices include shipping in the US. International we can talk.
Evan Honyaki: 215 x 57mm, 250g. Asking $750
Steel is 135cr3 with insane banding and a beautiful hamon. Handle is D-shaped and a great piece of ironwood. Workhorse grind that cuts so smoothly. Used 3 times and in great condition.
Lonsted: 225 x 55mm, 230g. Asking $500
Steel is spicy white with amazing, dirty wrought cladding. Handle is bog oak and reindeer antler (antler has really interesting, red and dark hues, very cool). Super thick spine with a dramatic taper. It has a subtle S grind that helps with food release but feels more like a convex. Used twice and never sharpened or stropped.
One of these days someone is going to ask me if I've ever sharpened or stropped a knife. Shoot me a DM For more info or pics. Thanks for looking!
