I have for sale or trade two Sabatier Nogent knives that I am selling/trading together. The 10" slicer is like new--has only seen the stones once. The 6" slicer is lightly used and does have scratches on the blade face from thinning.
I simply do not use the 10" slicer, and the 6" has been sitting for a while too.
I would like to do a straight across trade for any knife, stone(s), accessories--I'm really open to anything. Please be reasonable in your offers.
