The internet is a magnificent thing. No matter what your interest or hobby might be, there's always a whole lot of people also diggin the same thing And with so much knowledge to share! :doublethumbsup:
I'm from Norway, and spend normal day-to-day time in the kitchen, using quite a bit of vegetables in my cooking. Nothing professional.
I've really got the tools I actually need to cut and slice, but with so much nice equipment out there, it's hard not to want to try even nicer things than what I've already got
...and this forum is where I'll find knowledge about the knives and maintenance, so I'll be lurking quite a bit, and possibly posting the odd question.
