For your consideration today a Hokiyama Tosa-Ichi Bright 240mm Western gyuto. This knife features an Aogami Super core at 63HRC in SUS405 stainless clad.
Blade length: 242 mm
Blade height: 46 mm
Weight: 226 g
I am the original owner of this knife which was a custom order at thesharpcook (they usually don’t carry that particular knife).
Knife is in excellent condition, I would rate its condition clearly a 10/10. I have used it once to cook dinner for 2. I have eased choil and first few cm of spine where you’d touch the spine.
Price new was 268 Euros. Letting go for240 225 Euros including 15 Euros of shipping and PayPal g&s. Open to other payment options which we can discuss in PM.
