For your consideration today a Hokiyama Tosa-Ichi Bright 240mm Western gyuto. This knife features an Aogami Super core at 63HRC in SUS405 stainless clad.

I am the original owner of this knife which was a custom order at thesharpcook.

Knife is in excellent condition, I would rate it 10/10. I have used it once to cook dinner for 2. I have eased choil and first few cm of spine where you’d touch the spine.

Price new was 268€. Letting go for 240€ including 15€ of shipping and PayPal g&s. Open to other payment options which we can discuss in PM.
