For sale Jikko akebono gyuto 270mm. K&S special with heart shaped stabilized amboyna handle double horn, and African wenge saya. I bought it 1,5 months ago from Knives and Stones. I have used it 3-4 times to prep a family meal. I haven't sharpened or touched up so the edge is basically ootb. Light patina developing.

I am relatively new to J-knives and this blade profile just didnt fit me as I hoped, so that is why I am letting this go. I am asking 465$ includes shipping to EU, +30$ rest of the world.

Maybe open to trades: gyutos height over 55mm and some usual suspects: Dalman, Raquin, Tanaka Blue1. Thank you for looking.

These are such good knives. I already have two or I'd consider this one. It completely beats me why they haven't achieved the cult status that they deserve. Almost magical profile. Buttery sharpening. Very good retention for Blue2.

As an added bonus, those KnS heart shaped handles are something else.
