It pains me to let this go... but I just purchased another knife that is taking its place. This one was bought February 27th and I received it beginning of March so it’s pretty fresh. I have lightly sharpened it 2 times and have mainly stropped it to keep the edge alive. Last two pictures are to show the patina I got from it after prepping shallots, garlic, and slicing raw chicken breast.

Great knife. It’s a cutter for sure and does well in a load of different situations. I love the thick spine on a pinch grip paired with the very thin tip, great hefty feel that inspires confidence, takes a very nice patina, and the K&S stock ebony handle puts the balance point right on the pinch grip making this thing feel quite nimble despite its large characteristics.

this one is a true 240mm blade length from heel to tip, 53mm tall, 5.3mm thick above the heel, and gets paper thin at the tip(as shown in pictures). I don’t have a scale but I’d say K&S measured weight of 268 grams is pretty close.

I’m looking to get 250 usd shipped within the US. If internationally shipped I’ll include 10 dollars in the 250 and the rest is up the the buyer.

Thanks for looking. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
