I have 240mm Tojiro western deba, it’s a solid knife but very painful to sharpen. for cheaper price, I would recommend fujiwara fkm western deba from JCK, much easier to sharpen
 
Loads of threads didn’t move successfully when the forum was upgraded. I get errors on a few of the old threads I started
 
Yep I was on FF, but enjoyed ITK more. This must be 2004ish?

Really great community at the time in what was a pretty niche interest.
