I have 240mm Tojiro western deba, it’s a solid knife but very painful to sharpen. for cheaper price, I would recommend fujiwara fkm western deba from JCK, much easier to sharpen

Yep I was on FF, but enjoyed ITK more. This must be 2004ish?

Really great community at the time in what was a pretty niche interest.

Yes the late KCMA turned me on to Japanese Knife Imports that's how I found this forum.
