SOLD Two customs- ShiHan A2 250mm and Xinguo MagnaCut 270mm

Selling these 2 from 2 of my favorite makers to make room, I got other knives from them.

1. ShiHan 250mm Gyuto in 61HRC A2 SOLD
One of his old A2 knife I commissioned in 2022, used for 2 years, had him refurbish and thinned last year, went bit stupid and used rust eraser on a small black spot now it got bit of scratches, did a passaround with @SwampDonkey and the edge is pretty nice, only sharpened once after Shehan's thinning. The grind and tip is thinner than his production stuff. $550 SOLD


2. Xinguo 270mm Western handle MagnaCut 62.5HRC Traded
Commissioned it last year, very good laser with actually pretty good food release, has his signature convex edge grind, the handle is what he call a bird's beak, the blade's tang is hold in place with a ping. Tapers from 2.8mm to paper thin in the edge, awesome steel and awesome grind. Did loan to @M1k3 for a week but the edge is still good so far. $500 $480 $460 $450 $420

Whoever got that Shihan got a fantastic knife. I know he treats his A2 harder now, but his old treat is the bomb. I love my 210 I have from him in that heat treat.

Xinguo is 55mm, Ginga is 52mm, I kind want to keep the Ginga now, just a excellent cutter, but if you want it let me know
