Never jived with this knife but practiced bringing our Damascus steel on it. Only used for a couple meals and then mud polished it a few times to a nicer contrast than when I got it

Hitohira Tanaka/Yohei (Takada) Hybrid Ktip Damascus 230mm 220g been in my drawer a while catch and release. I haven’t seen any for a while. An interesting piece and nobody polishes Tanaka’s Damascus like Takada. Cut like an potato or two and maybe a protein.
