My favorite part of a salmon is by far the collar. I grilled some last night. Rich, oily, hyper-flavored, unctuous meat. (And zero bones for the most part)

You always make my plating look like an Applebees . I need a book on the basics or somethingPork chop, puy lentils with wild garlic, goats cheese and honey plus a few baked tomatoes. Maybe not the prettiest plate, but tasty none the less.
The sauce from this recipe is a great one to give a shot:Satay style grilled chicken and pineapple with a bok choy stir fry. Finally figured out a good peanut sauce with this one.
