Stefan, I don't think you have enough stones.
I have not shown the ones that are not from Maksim.
Many more had passed trough my hands during the past several years too.
I admit I may have a problem with stone hoarding.

It looks strange but I like it.
What are the ingredients? I could make the leeks, bacon, and the other obvious ones. The white creamy stuff, is that cream cheese ? Also what kind of meet did you put inside?
Thanks

Thanks Maksim, this is a very generous competition for you to offer. I was hoping to upload a video now but it's still converting so I will have to put it up in the morning.

You can make it :D
I will draw first tomorrow evening

gentlecook :bigeek: I wish to try your sharpness. Why do you wipe the stone so often?? Great videos;]

In another thread on the forum someone advised that you must have a paring knife because a petty is too big for things like cherry tomatoes. My first submission. Note: This was a lot harder than I thought it would be and I've a new respect for those who make and share their instructional videos frequently.

Sharpening my beater knife on the JNS 1k. For a knife that gets steeled, this stone is all it needs.
There were people taking in the background so I put on one of youtube's default tracks, but it sounds a bit loud.

Thinning and sharpening a Tojiro ITK petty on the JNS 1k and finished on a green brick. The video is a bit long and boring :(

Zensho santoku in rehandling time. Handle is not ready if someone ask. It's after 60 grit sandpaper.

You need to make your video public so that we can see it

Thanks mainaman. Did I miss anything else?

The best way I've found to get the bark off a kiwi. Jerky, camera prob trying to follow.

The 240 Yoshi Kiritsuki is a favorite for slice/chop tasks. Beautiful knife and fun to use.
