Correct me if I´m wrong but the Yoshikanes with this finish are usually SKD12/A2 and not SKD11/SLD.

I was under the impression Yoshikane lists their SKD12 as SKD and their SKD11 as SLD. I cannot confirm this and it’s only hear say from this forum. The SKD12 is much more popular from them from what I’ve seen. I haven’t seen SKD11 listed for them anywhere accept Burrfection and that has been discussed as a typo on his website. The knives he is selling come with SKD on the box label.

I second the Yoshikane SKD being a rockstar. I have a 210 K-tip and I reach for it the most currently for daily home tasks. GLWS OP.
