    So I kind of forgot this was still up for sale. I sharpened it once on an SG3000 and have used it a bit, I have been really impressed with edge retention, the Ginsan feels very hard to me! The food release is excellent for a laser this thin, I think there is some subtle s-grind/convexing going...
