    I have decided that I would like to go the route of getting a 300mm Konosuke Sujihiki. But everywhere I look there is only the 300mm in HD which is a semi stainless. Do they make it in a carbon steel? Or is it recommended to get the HD and be happy as a clam.

    I called Dave at Boardsmith last week and put an order in for two boards. I am sure if there is something in particular that you want he can make it. I dont know Ladd. But i chose Dave over Boos because i could pick up the phone discuss and get an answer. Plus custom is not a bad thing :)

    I will def put up an ISO. I am thinking about the Moritaka Yanagiba as well. But it would be quite a bit thicker then the Kono Suji so I am not sure if it would server the purpose. I have pretty much come to the realization that 300mm is the best bet.
