    Recommendations of places to go in Japan and Taiwan for knives

    Maybe better late than never... but I was real pleased to find this store near the Jiantan MRT in Shilin in northern Taipei. They sharpened a couple of knives for me and i got a new one of their own making similar to this one. http://www.shilin-knife.com.tw/
