    I would check out teruyasu.net I got a gyuto from chef knives to go and then found his website and bought a santoku, nakiri, deba, and petty for less on his direct site. The 210 gyuto goes for $220 vs 270+ on other sites. The model line is called nashijii. A must is optioning for the Japanese...
