    Subtle flavors are the last and by definition hardest to detect, a big part of it is olfactory too.... Mozzarella If it's fresh enough you can about taste the utter. Incredible umami....

    Been around Florida a bit and the world too. Hard to describe but Miami is the most ummm Miami city I've ever been in. Great place to feel alive especially when your young. My stomach space is not lost on pizza down there with the seafood and Cuban joints....

    Looks delicious Lars. Was about to ask what the greens were on the bottom but had my good friend Google look up the recipe......About to search for Holy basil seed!!!

    I prefer Hawaiian pizza at the airport, chuck cheese, dominoes, papa j, kiddy parties etc....really balances out the big bag gravy and string cheese....

    Guessing there's no Coyote issues in Scotland, but as a for instance, my brother in laws pasture has a donkey and two Pyrenees who gladly would turn the tables San Quentin style......

    Why not just use the juice? First take the unopened can and throw it in the trash and buy a pineapple.....juice reduction till you reach the sweetness you want. Haven't tried but pineapple simple syrup? Thanks for the spark BTW!

    Coconut Curry Venison......2hr cold smoke on the stag. Chilli and pot pie have always been my favorites for deer but no more. Sweet smoky heat!!!!

    After a trying week it's time for some comfort food!!! .... Goat cheese bolognese( thirds of veal, chuck, and pork, ricotta with basil torts) much needed vinagar forward green salad.... My sweet one is great at coaxing the dessert round too lol...
