    WTS - EU Xerxes Masterpiece

Thank you for the tag! @mack was kind enough to PM me directly, but alas, this beautiful knife is a bit too small for my preferences!

    Show your newest knife buy

If you scroll up a few post to @NickMinton , he posted the one he got from me that has some patina! Edit: Realized you were referring to the Lucid, not the Merion

    Knife findings

For those who didn't read the passaround thread and were curious, the comparison was essentially that I was super impressed with the Eddworks, even when compared with knives from Ben Kamon that among my favorite in my collection!

    Knife findings

If you want to see this comparison, you can look in the eddworks passaround thread. I compared the passaround Eddworks that even Ed acknowledged was inspired by Ben Kamon and a Kamon that was nearly the same length and weight, and I can say there is a notable difference between the two. I've...

SOLD /WTS - Joel Black - Damascus Clad Apex Ultra Gyuto + Kogatana Set

Bumping this again. Likely have a few other knives that will go up for sale soon, which may or may not include a Merion, Bidinger, and a couple other makers.

    What started the workhorse craze?

Well, you're not alone in preferring a thinner knife. I have the same preference and usually prefer a laser --> midweight knife. Own very few knives that people would consider workhorses, but have close friends who love a good workhorse

    SOLD Eddworks Big Bunka - 228 x 73mm

Just recently got this knife from Ed and unfortunately after handling it, I've realized it just isn't quite for me. I want this knife to find a good home, as I love my other Eddworks knives and know that he makes a great product. I just remain a big gyuto fan. Knife will be shipped in the exact...
