This is the second bunka and last knife from the 52100 batch. I really like 52100, I'll definitely be using more of it, it works and sharpens like a dream.
This knife is a bit heavier than the other with a more substantial blade and handle. It's still very thin at the edge, and has a fairly heavy bias, thick veggies shouldn't stick very much to this blade.

- Blade: 175mmx48mm 52100 (65hrc) 600 grit hand finish
- Neck: 19mmx20mm
- Handle: 127mm, tapering from 24.9mmx23.2 to 23.3mmx22.6mm, scorched oak, oiled and waxed
- POB: 43mm from handle
- Spine: 2.4mm at the neck, 2.26mm at 9.5cm, 1.6mm 1cm from the tip
- Grind: flat to convex, right hand bias
- Weight: 159 grams
- Relieved choil and spine
- Edge: .1mm tapering to zero at halfway
