I bought this out of curiosity for this makers work, in particular wanting to see if they're as nicely finished as they appear. Honestly, I can't believe how nicely how nicely done this knife is for the price. I'll probably regret selling this, but I'll definitely grab another piece from this maker. Ultimately, I don't think I need more than a single 230mm stainless knife and this should be put to use. I think I did some test cuts, but I can't recall for sure. If it's not new, it's damn close to it.

Asking $240.00 shipped CONUS

I hear you. I picked up a suji from him a couple months ago that he was having trouble selling, and my god the handle alone is worth most of the sale price. And the blade is beautiful! His knives should be selling for at least twice what he charges.

I'm being proactive and congratulating the buyer.
