This is a difficult one for me. But a custom I totally forgot about a couple years back is about to be done and need to replenish the knife fund.

This is a special knife all forged geometry, 65 hrc in ApexUltra steel. With Van Gogh as an inspiration this is truly a functional art piece.

It has been used once to make ratatouille, per Antoine's recommendation. This knife has immaculate fit and finish, and the more I type the less I am wanting to hit send. So take this off my hands before I change my mind.
