Adonis Forged Arts 230 x 60 gyuto in 1.2442 high tungsten. 3mm at the heel. Polished choil and spine, convex grind tapering to a nice thin tip. Maple burl handle, small brass bolster. I am the 2nd owner. It was lightly used by the 1st and by me. I got another that I like more and no need for this guy but I have zero issues with the knife.

I just had this sharpened by Zach at Tokushu. I got a good deal on this so I am paying it forward. SOLD!!$500 USD Conus. If you want international shipping, I will put $25 towards it.
