Hello everyone,
I am selling my recently bought Western gyuto from Craig Maher. It is a Takefu stainless clad vtoku2 san mai with a sculpted Sambar stag handle and copper bolster. I absolutely LOVE the aesthetics of this knife!!!
Edge length is 231mm and height at the heel is 57mm. Boy, this is a workhorse!
I have gone a bit wild purchasing new knives and can’t justify to let them all sit in a drawer and need to fund other purchases. Oooooopsie! Knives are made to be used, right? I am sure this knife will find a home where it will be used!
I am asking what I paid for it (PayPal and int’l shipping included): 290 EUR. Payment in EUR only, please.
