A decent knife but just running out of space and I have more coming in. Got it from Tokushu Knife.
"v3" = 52100 carbon steel.
212mm blade length.
46mm tall at heel.
2.3mm thickness at spine
I gave it a ketchup/mustard patina in addition to the original kurouchi-type finish.
Has a decent amount of flex.
Pricing it to go.
$55 shipped in the US.

Hey, on pictures 1 and 2, is that a reflect on the belly or is there a more "flatly sharpened" spot ?

Good question. I inspected more closely and took a closer photo. It does not appear to be a shallower grind area nor a sharpening mess up. I think it is a combination from my ketchup/mustard patina line and factory's kurouchi finish. DaoVua doesn't have the best fit and finish, thus the overall low price point.
