JNS stuff is the only way to buy from a shop in Europe, Karasu knives got some but it will be same price.
Only way to get what you want for "cheaper" (but that it's even not sure) : from Namikawa in Japan. There will be shipping fees, there will be customs fees.
I got uchigumori koppa, and I can break it for you and sell a piece so you can then prepare finger stones but I don't have enough stock to sell to you ready to use ones
