The dangers of shopping on an empty stomach. I was out shopping and running errands this morning fueled only by a cup of coffee and bought some Chinese Mustard Greens thinking that I must have a recipe or two for them but all the recipes I have call for the pickled version. I did find one simple stir fry recipes but I'm looking for more suggestions, preferably vegetarian or with easy conversion to vegetarian with mushrooms, tempeh, seitan, or whatever. Any ideas?
