I'm looking to sell my most recent buy a 300mm KENGATA YANAGIBA in white #1. The fit and finish on this knife and saya are truly beautiful down to each detail, rounded choil and spine, laquered handle, mirror polish... And that's just the looks!
The knife is freshly sharpened up to 8k, I only sharpened it twice so there's plenty of years of use left. only wear is a small skuff on the mirror polish.
Cutting with this knife feels like peeling the protective plastic off new electronics. There is little to no stick age on the backside of the knife and the shape flows with slicing raw fish extremely well.
Ive had the knife for about 6 months. I used it for a solid week of services slicing sashimi but found myself going back to my first yanagi and I hate to see this beauty not being used. Feel free to dm any questions or picture request my way.
